The Breeding Facility

Our breeding facility is located on a 900 + acre parcel that is part of a 10,000 acre ranch. It presently includes a 20 stall barn, six covered pens with outdoor runs, stallion pens, mare pastures, a foaling barn with pastures, a rectangular show pen (with permit to cover it), roping chute, 150’ round pen, 300’ round pen, numerous outside pens, hay barn, shop, and cattle pens.

There is an on-site manager’s house next to the foaling barn, overlooking the entire facility. We have a state-of –the-art camera system at the entrance gate, a mile from the facility for security. We also have a camera system in the foaling barn and surrounding pastures giving the manager’s home and several other locations on the ranch 24 hour views. This gives us the ability to always know how our mares, babies, and other horses are doing.

Veterinary Care

We have several excellent veterinarians that we work with. One is Ed Hamer from the world-class Alamo Pintado Veterinary Clinic. He checks all of the mares and foals in their various stages of development and also does our stallion work, collection, etc.

We also have a close working relationship with Pollyrich Farms. We presently have six mares on site who are either embryo donor mares or recipient mares. Pollyrich Farms exceptional staff coordinates with our staff and performs all of our embryo transfer work.
